Libby mentioned on her Blog that she thinks Singstar is the greatest game ever. Singstar is a popular game round our way, many a time we have danced the night away to our angelic voices belting out the hits.

We were discussing what Singstar there should be next and Mr Pigalina and I are in favour of a Singstar rock, old school rock though with Guns 'n' Roses, Queen, that kind of thing (not Linkin Park crap).

Well! Imagine my delight when the Playstation rep came to work (I am in charge of Xbox and Playstation games at work, keeping them tidy etc which is a nightmare in the school holidays). I said to him "Ooh, some of my friends were saying that you guys should make Sings...." "The next one is ROCK!" he said, before I could even finish. HOOORAY! HOOT!

Fantastic, I can't wait. He hasn't seen the tracklisting but Singstar 80s had ALL of my favourites on it (Come on Eileen, Karma Chameleon, Material Girl...) so I hope I am not dissapointed.

We had Playstation training at work last night and it was actually quite fun! Usually we sit around and learn how to set up finance contracts or how to sell certain products. This time we learnt all about the PSP which looks pretty cool - though still waaaaay out of my price range. We also got to try out a new game called Buzz which is due out in October I think. It is a quiz game set up like a game show and you even have buzzers. (The game comes with four buzzer hand controllers all for a rather cheap NZ$99, (the salesperson in me is coming out)). You get to choose which character to play and, out of a huge range of sounds, what your buzzer noise will be, I chose monkey call. The first edition is a music quiz (which, may I gloat, I won) and they are going to bring out general knowledge, movies and sports themed ones too. It was great fun and would definitely go down well at my parents house at Christmas. I have put my order in with Santa, we will see if he thinks I am good enough.
